  • Turnaround times

 

The standard turn-around time for analysis is 5 working days for chemical tests and up to 5 working days for microbiological analysis depending on the testing method, however this can be reduced and an express service is available by prior arrangement.

 

  • Reporting of results

 

The report/reports have been generated electronically and signed with a secure electronic signature that is an equivalent to handwritten signature in terms of validity and the legal effect. The authenticity of e-signature can be verified on the website : https://www.webnotarius.eu/webnotariuseu/main.xml. Laboratory can provide reports in  hard copy if required.

 

  • Hours of operating

 

We operate 7 days a week.  Our sample reception area is open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on weekdays.  Samples can be received outside these hours by prior arrangement.
