Cosmetic product claims are key tools to differentiate products, stimulate innovation, and foster competition. The number of products on the shelves of drugstores, supermarkets and pharmacies is enormous, and their recipients are becoming more and more aware of their choices.
To meet the changing trends and consumer preferences, J.S. Hamilton Poland has developed guidelines based on the applicable law, including Commission Regulation (EU) No. 655/2013 of 10 July 2013 establishing common criteria for substantiation of claims used in connection with cosmetic products, as well as guidelines of various organizations and scientific committees, depending on the type and intended use of the product under review.
Manufacturers, importers who want to stand out in the market can apply for the certificate “Hypoallergenic” and obtain their individual quality mark.
