J.S. Hamilton conducts prestigious training courses, workshops, webinars and laboratory classes aimed at the food, cosmetics and household chemicals, packaging, municipal sector and pharmaceutical industries.

Participants of our trainings, webinars and workshops represent various fields: there are technologists, employees of quality departments and laboratories, employees of production departments, staff responsible for safety, quality of manufactured products, managers and employees of legal or marketing departments. Everyone can improve their professional competences, improve work efficiency and better prepare for the implementation of professional tasks by incurring relatively small financial outlays for training.
The trainings are conducted by lecturers recruited from our staff, using their extensive knowledge and experience. We also invite experts, auditors and practitioners as well as employees of consulting companies from Poland and abroad, so that the services we provide are of the highest quality and meet all the expectations of our clients.

- Food, including training on food labelling, interpretation of general regulations as well as those addressed to specific industries: meat, bakery, and dairy. We also carry out training in determining the nutritional value, food contamination, washing and disinfection of machines, pests in the food industry, as well as training in the field of dietary supplements, organic food, or designing and introducing new food products to the market.
- Quality systems, including food safety management systems, packaging, environment, cosmetics and household chemicals or the pharmaceutical industry, such as: HACCP, GMP, GMP+, BRCGS Food, BRCGS PM; BRCGS CP, IFS Food, IFS Logistics, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and many more.
- Sensory Studies, including trainings in which the participant learns the theory of sensory analysis, and workshops to check sensory sensitivity in verification tests in the sense of taste, smell, feeling and sight. Workshops may also include research using standard sensory analysis methods.
- Packaging, including trainings on the safety of food packaging, global and specific migration, sensory workshops on changes in smell and taste when packaging comes into contact with food.
- Cosmetics and household chemicals, with trainings in the field of cosmetics labeling, quality control of cosmetic products, legal requirements for cosmetic raw materials, natural and organic cosmetics, as well as monitoring the safety of cosmetic products in the supply chain. Trainings and workshops on sensory analysis of cosmetic preparations are also carried out.
- Environment, including trainings and workshops on sewage sludge management, packaging waste management, tasks of municipalities in the field of environmental protection, fees for the use of the environment.
- Workshops and Laboratory, including trainings where the participant gets acquainted with the current legal status regarding microbiological requirements, the rules for preparing samples for testing, the initial suspension and dilutions, indicators and methods of microbiological tests, as well as performs determinations in the laboratory and interprets the results of analyzes.

ONLINE TRAININGS
Since 2020, we have provided our clients with the opportunity to participate in trainings in the online mode.
No special software is needed to use the online trainings. All you need is Internet access and a computer equipped with a microphone and speakers. Thanks to the audio function, participants of online training can ask questions, talk with the trainer and with each other, use forms and even work in groups.
Online training offers a lot of freedom. Its main advantage is flexibility – the employee can use the training from any place. It is also important that there is no need to travel to the training – which saves time and reduces costs.
On-line trainings in J.S. Hamilton are also more financially beneficial for participants because they do not include the costs of renting a training room and using catering.
