Stability and compatibility is the basic cosmetic test necessary to prepare a safety assessment (CPSR). The responsible person has to prove that the cosmetic product meets the labeling standards (PAO, shelf life) and is safe while it is available on the market and used by the consumer under the recommended conditions.
The scope of stability tests in our laboratory includes:
- stability and compatibility of cosmetic products,
- stability of the cosmetic product,
- compatibility of the cosmetic product with the packaging,
- PAO (Period After Open) – confirmation / exclusion of the time after opening declared by the manufacturer,
- shelf life – confirmation / exclusion of the shelf life declared by the manufacturer,
- cycle test.
