In the field of pressure testing, we provide services in:
- hydrostatic testing of high-pressure hydraulic hoses and lines up to 2500 bar (250 MPa), including destructive testing,
- testing of hydrostatic hydraulic components, valve blocks, valve banks, hydraulic drives, control systems,
- hydrostatic testing of hydrant components and valves,
- hydrostatic testing of fittings
- hydrostatic testing of pipelines, steel and plastic pipes including PE, connections of all types,
- pressure testing of fittings and assemblies made of thermoplastics for the transmission of fluids. (determination of internal pressure strength),
- pulse pressure testing of high-pressure hydraulic hoses and pipes and fittings.
The laboratory is accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation for hydrostatic testing of high-pressure components.
