The Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations Ltd (FOSFA) is a professional international contract issuing and arbitral body concerned exclusively with the world trade in oilseeds, oils and fats with 1158 members in 88 countries. FOSFA currently has over 400 Member Superintendents (sometimes known as surveyors) throughout the world. The main aim of the FOSFA Member Superintendents Scheme is to improve and standardise the level of quality and service in the interests of all parties.
